The shape of your abs will largely be determined by genetics. You can however, improve them through abdominal exercise.
But that does little good if you have a layer of fat covering them up! If you want to see your abs.. you have to get your body fat low enough to do so! To lower your body fat, eat clean, do cardio and lift weights! =)

Nope (I wish it would lol) there is no such thing as erasing stretch marks completely, but you can improve their appearance and make them less visible with laser treatments or creams.

Obviously you can mix it up with whatever veggies and herbs  you want. So many possibilitities! I’m obsessed.
